01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a mq8 member, accessing our platform, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Mq8 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this platform. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the mq8 platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

02 Membership Eligibility

To register and use the mq8 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not located in a region or jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Register one (1) account only — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Have never had an account banned or suspended by mq8 previously.
• Not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme.

Mq8 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. If a member is found to be underage, all wins will be voided and the account will be closed immediately.

03 Account Registration & KYC Verification

The mq8 account registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Details required during registration include your full name, date of birth, active email address, phone number, and preferred payment method.

As part of our policy Know Your Customer (KYC) we reserve the right at mq8 to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A copy of your identity card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill dated within the last 3 months).
• Payment method details for verification purposes.

Failure to complete the KYC process may result in a temporary suspension or restriction of withdrawal capabilities until verification is complete. mq8 conducts this process solely to protect the security of your account.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Mq8 supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and USDT. All financial transactions are processed through a secure encryption system.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction.
• All deposits are processed in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes.
• Mq8 does not charge any additional fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Mq8 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until bonus wagering requirements are met.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Mq8 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and a VIP program. All bonuses are subject to specified wagering requirements.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, household, IP address, or payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Mq8 reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through fraudulent means or system abuse.

Mq8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

06 Prohibited Member Conduct

To maintain a fair and safe gaming environment for all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the mq8 platform:

• Use of automation software, bots, or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Collusion with other members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity involving funds on the mq8 platform.
• Registering multiple accounts to circumvent bans or claim bonuses more than once.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or system errors to gain a financial advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving rudely toward other members or mq8 staff.

07 Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your mq8 account login credentials. The following security measures are mandatory:

• Never share your password or account details with anyone, including mq8 staff.
• Use a strong password containing a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Change your password regularly and immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.

Mq8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a security lapse on the member's part. If you suspect any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately via live chat.

08 Responsible Gaming

Mq8 is fully committed to the principles of responsible gaming. We believe entertainment should remain a fun and controlled activity. Our platform provides the following tools to help members stay in control:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.

09 Liability Limits

Mq8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or hardware problems on the member's end.
• Financial losses resulting from wagering activity conducted by the member themselves.
• Unauthorized access to a member's account due to security negligence on the member's part.

In all circumstances, mq8's maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in question within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Account Termination

Either the member or mq8 may terminate an account at any time. The applicable procedures are as follows:

Termination by Member: You may request account closure by contacting our support team. Any eligible remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days, subject to applicable terms.

Termination by mq8: mq8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account if:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Member failed to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Changes in laws or regulations that require such action.

In the event of termination due to a violation, mq8 reserves the right to withhold some or all funds in the account pending an ongoing investigation.

11 Privacy & Data Protection
